Whole Hog – 12 Hours Later, the Magic!

One of the most iconic preparations of North Carolina barbecue tradition arrives at BBQ EXPO. A whole hog, cooked for 12 hours in a traditional brick pit, until the skin becomes crispy and the meat incredibly juicy. At the end of the cooking process, the hog will be pulled and served!

A live serving experience that allows you to witness one of the most authentic traditions of American barbecue up close — combining technique, flavor, and fun.
