Butcher Show is the new B2B trade fair dedicated to the meat supply chain where butchers, processors, buyers and caterers find raw materials, equipment as well as packaging and digitisation technologies and solutions.
Butcher Show will be held from 11 to 14 April 2026, at Fiere di Parma, in conjunction with BBQ Expo, the international event dedicated to the world of barbecuing.
